    Along the Road

It is a flawless day for the adventurers as they set out into the noon day. Several younger members of the party run ahead in weaving paths as the elders stay near the wagon, its wheels creaking softly as it goes.

Into the Earth, Into the Sky

A piece in multiple parts written to accompany a dance choreographed by Karen Brown with the same title. Using primarily guitars, rhodes piano and drums, the music provided a more modern counterpoint to a dance personifying trees of the varying seasons.

    Observations of Nature

A piece in three sections written in accompaniment to Karen Brown’s dance of the same title. Waves crash along the shore at night, only the moonlight washing over the creatures that begin to dance among the coming and going tide.

    Panaroia

While I’d love to go off on an existential ramble about this piece, I’m going to be honest: There is none. I was requested to write mandolin techno… and so I did. A bit unconventional at that.

    Diaspora

Music today is a very much like the ultimate diaspora of cultures, styles, instruments, what have you. With this piece I attempted to put together an eclectic combination of said elements, creating an oddly satisfying sound.

    African Groove

A very simple little rhythmic pattern that duets a kora and marimba while djembe and drums fill out the percussion. Could possibly be used as menu music.
